Welcome to Saar's Vintage! The terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Saar's Vintage. Saar’s Vintage is solely owned and operated by one individual, who personally manages all aspects of the store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided to you (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables me to offer these Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Access and account

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region. You may be required to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. Products

I make every effort to display my products accurately. However, colors and textures may differ depending on your device settings. I do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been processed and you receive confirmation.

Orders can only be returned in accordance with my Return & Refund Policy.

You agree that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or commercial purposes.

Prices and billing

Prices may change at any time. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside my control. Once an item is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and layouts—is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, display, or otherwise use any content without my prior written permission.

“Saar’s Vintage” and its designs are trademarks of Saar’s Vintage.

Optional third - party tools

I may provide access to tools operated by third parties. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

The Services may link to third-party websites. I am not responsible for their content, practices, or products. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

Relationship with Shopify

Saar’s Vintage is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with me. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or damages related to your use of the Services. By using the Services, you release Shopify from any related claims.

Privacy policy

Your information is collected and processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

Shopify may also process information as necessary to power the store. Please review both policies for details.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas you submit grant me a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, modify, and distribute that content.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

I may correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Sever ability 

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Waiver; Entire agreement 

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me.

You may not assign your rights without my consent. I may assign these Terms without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
