Processing times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
I do not ship orders on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
If I experience a high order volume or delays, I will notify you by email.
Shipping methods & delivery times
I ship all orders from the Netherlands using trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or UPS.
Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days

Rest of EU: 3–8 business days

UK: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
If free shipping promotions apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If your order is returned due to:

an incorrect or incomplete address

refusal

failure to collect the parcel
→ You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Shipping costs are not refundable in these cases.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
I will do my best to assist, but I cannot issue refunds for carrier errors.
International shipping, taxes & customs
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or handling fees.
These charges:

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with:
